Return Policy:

A request for return authorization must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise to customerservice@designimports.com All return Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels still attached and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. Design Imports is not responsible for returned packages lost by carrier.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
