A request for return authorization must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise to customerservice@designimports.com All return Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels still attached and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.
